Re-Prompter never proxies your requests, so it has no inference cost to recover and nothing to meter. A thumbnail costs whatever your image provider charges for one image, plus two short text calls. Run the text half on Ollama and that part is free.
Where a provider publishes prices, the panel shows a real estimate before a batch. Where it does not, you can type your own. Where neither applies it says the cost is unavailable, because a made-up number is worse than no number.
